Quality cold brewed coffee can be made using essentially the same steps as when making hot coffee in a BODUM French Press Coffee Maker. Instead of hot water, add filtered water at room temperature and stir. Place the flat lid on the carafe and let brew for 12 –24 hours at room temperature or in your refrigerator. Then swap lids, press and enjoy!

Note: For the French press brewing method, BODUM® recommends a coarse grind. The BEAN comes with two lids: one for the fridge overnight, and one with a plunger to press down the coffee grounds in the morning.
