Within this idyllic setting you will be introduced to the Executive Chef at the Jacob's Creek Visitor Centre before being put into small groups for a fun exploration of the grounds. As a team you will work together picking fresh produce from Jacob's Creek Kitchen Garden. Back in the kitchen you will create a delicious range of dishes under the guidance of your expert chef.
Throughout the class you will learn how to develop a menu that maximises the availability of fresh seasonal produce. In order to maximise the beautiful landscape and create a truly unique sense of occasion the class is hosted outdoors. The agenda is very much focused on the informal and fun, to ensure an atmosphere that encourages discussion and collaboration. Class completed, it is time to savour the fruits of your labour with a leisurely lunch perfectly complimented by a selection of Jacob's Creek Wine.
